Tool 02 · Interactive planning example — manual inputs and transparent arithmetic, not live supplier research or AI verification

Supplier comparison workbench.

Compare up to three quotes on a common desired quantity. MOQ uplift, surplus inventory and unknown costs are shown explicitly — unknown is never treated as zero.

This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your entries are not uploaded or stored, and results reset when you reload the page. Don't enter confidential supplier pricing unless you're authorized to work with it here.

Sample suppliers and figures are fictional. The explicit $0 entries for duties/taxes, handling/insurance and packaging are demo inputs — not claims that those costs are actually absent. No account connections or purchases.

Each supplier's planned purchase is the larger of this quantity and their MOQ.

What this is — and isn't.

Planned purchase = the larger of your desired quantity and each supplier's MOQ. Batch total = planned units × unit price + known batch charges. Cost per purchased unit = batch total ÷ planned units. Arithmetic uses exact integer cents; only the display is rounded.

These are factual observations, not a best-supplier recommendation, quality ranking or legitimacy check. A lower quoted unit price does not mean a lower delivered cost. Costs and terms need confirmation with the supplier and relevant professionals — this tool provides no tariff, tax or financial advice.
