Trans FormSourcing

Approach

Clear thinking. Then the work itself.

How we'd propose to structure an engagement. It's a starting point shaped to each client — not a rigid, proprietary method.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Understand the business, its goals and constraints. Listen to the people doing the work, gather the data that exists and agree what success should look like.

  2. 02

    Analysis

Map suppliers, costs and processes. Identify cost drivers, sources of waste and variation, and build a prioritised view of where effort is most likely to pay off.

  3. 03

    Execution

Turn priorities into action — sourcing, negotiation support, process changes or outsourced services — working hands-on alongside your team.

  4. 04

    Continuous improvement

Put measures and review rhythms in place, in the spirit of Deming and Lean, so gains are sustained and the next improvement is easier to find.

Foundations

Grounded in established quality disciplines.

Lean Six Sigma

Reducing waste and variation through process mapping, measurement and root-cause analysis.

Deming TQM

Total quality management: improvement as a continuous, system-wide responsibility, not a one-off project.
